Megastar Chiranjeevi is hoping to contest from all the 294 assembly seats and the 42 Lok Sabha seats in the coming elections. He is also confident of bagging a majority and becoming the chief minister. But his grandiose plans seem to have encountered some trouble. The chief electoral officer I V Subba Rao said that the PRP and the NTP of Devender Goud are unlikely to get a common symbol. The Praja Rajyam has been registere d with the EC but the party may not get a common symbol and its candidates will have to contest on a different symbol at each constituency like an independent. However Chiranjeevi and Naga Babu do not seem to be too much perturbed over this. Naga Babu says that for the PRP, ‘Chiranjeevi’ it the mega symbol and the party will be able to take home the message to the voters easily.
